Delivery area and standard shipping

We ship within the United States, including the 50 states and Washington, DC. We do not offer international shipping. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase.

Special addresses and service availability

Service availability for Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories, and the carrier used, depend on the delivery services actually available for the destination. Contact us for questions about a destination.

Processing and estimated delivery

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days.
  • Estimated transit after dispatch: 2–4 business days.
  • Estimated total delivery time: 3–6 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

If we cannot ship on time

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and let you choose whether to accept the new time or cancel the order and receive a timely refund.

Order tracking and delivery questions

When tracking information is provided for your order, use the order-specific link to check its progress. If you need tracking information or have a delivery problem, contact us with your order reference and delivery details. We can review the order information without requiring you to send payment credentials.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly with your order reference and the change you want to make. Whether a change or cancellation can be completed depends on the order's current fulfillment status. We will tell you whether the requested change can be made; contacting us does not by itself confirm that the order has been changed.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries
