Shopify, payment and other services

Shopify hosts the store and provides platform services. Payment information is processed through Shopify Payments and the payment methods available in checkout. Do not email us full card numbers, CVV codes or account passwords. ParcelPanel is installed for order-tracking functions and related technical processing; its analytics pixel is present on the store. Our contact pages include Google Maps. Displaying those maps connects to Google and can share browser or device technical information, including an IP address. Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Information may be disclosed to the providers involved in hosting, payment, delivery, order tracking, support or security as needed for the relevant service. It may also be disclosed where required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, protect rights or address fraud or security concerns. We handle requests within the periods required by applicable law. For requests to know, delete or correct information to which the CCPA applies, the usual response period is 45 calendar days; an extension may be used only as allowed by law and with the required notice. This response period does not describe the separate requirements for opt-out requests. Other applicable state-law periods may differ.

Where applicable law provides an appeal right, contact us with the request reference, the decision you want reviewed and the reason for the appeal. We will review and respond within the applicable legal period. If an appeal remains unresolved, you may contact the relevant state regulator or attorney general as provided by law.

Opt-out requests and Global Privacy Control

Where applicable law requires a Global Privacy Control signal to be treated as an opt-out request, we treat the signal accordingly for the relevant browser and device.
